Following their preview of Resident Evil: The Darkside Chronicles, IGN has posted a similar eyes-on preview of Dead Rising 2. Like The Darkside Chronicles, this game was not available to the press to play for themselves, but instead a live demonstration was offered by some of the members of the development team.
In addition to the preview, IGN has posted several new screenshots for your viewing pleasure, as well.

It has been confirmed by Keiji Inafune that Dead Rising 2 will have some form of multiplayer. He could not, however, go into specifics about it at this point in time.
