Yeah it's Alfred pretending to be her. It's very similar to the cutscene in the Ashford Palace on Rockfort Island where Claire is in the corridor, and "Alexia" says "Keep focus brother, our enemy is only a little girl" etc. In CVX though, the same VA for Alfred's Alexia was the VA for Alexia too, so the one we heard now will be the VA for Alexia in DSC.

I think it's actually more disturbing (not in a jokey way, folks) that Alfred is so obsessed with his twin he has every feature of hers burned into his brain, going so far as to be able to copy her voice exactly.

The new trailer is very good (showing Rockfort Island gameplay), but the face at the end, I definitely think it is Alfred dressed as Alexia, not Alexia. The nose is too long and the hair seems like a wig. It's also a relief that Steve's model and VA seem a lot better.

I think the spread out look of her hair and the blue background both indicate that it's Alexia in her tank. Of course there's a possibility it's Alfred in a wig, but try to remember any blue backgrounds where Alfred was in drag. Remember, if Alfred knew 100% what she looked like there wouldn't be inaccuracies even in his wig. Don't know how to answer to the nose comment.

No okay seriously, it looks like the scene where she comes out of the tube, IMO. Updated graphics are updated, the characters are going to look a bit different than they did in the original.
