Resident Evil: The Darkside Chronicles - "Journey Begins" Trailer

A minute-long trailer showing off what appears to be the beginning of the CODE: Veronica scenario from The Darkside Chronicles has been posted on IGN. It shows several environments from early on in the game, as well as Steve Burnside's new look and his voice.

Whether or not this is the same trailer that will be released on June 3rd remains to be seen.

Is it me, or is Steve looking even more like Leon now? Still, the voice is a bit better...I think. I can barely hear him for some reason.

Also, am I going nuts or does this not look as good as the RE2 section?

I had to rewatch it a couple times, because the first time I could have sworn they were just reusing Leon's model.

At least his voice is far less annoying now.

Hopefully this isn't the same trailer that will be released on June 3rd, or at least is only part of it.

Yeah, his voice is way better than his original VA....but the resemblance...is shocking, especially with his hair.

But the graphics look amazing, this game looks like it's going to be a lot more scarier than UC. Love the creepy music, much better than the horrible techno that was in UC.

EDIT: Anyone notice that you can see Alexia's face at 0:46?

Steve always looked like Leon. Don't forget that Steve's role in CV was originally written for Leon hence the resemblance.

I don't like Steve's new look -- he looks too much like Leon now . And why did they change his haircut... again?

The very moment I heard the music from the Ashford manor (forgive me if that's not what it was actually called, better than calling it "That-creepy-place-with-the-huge-doll-in-it"), I was happy. Steve DOES look a bit too much like Leon, I'll admit, and it almost seems like they did just recycle the character model. I also noticed that his clothes look...oddly colorful (compared to how I remember them in CV ). At least his VA is better, and this honestly looks great so far. While I've said many times before that I enjoyed UC, I'm pretty sure that DC will top it in MANY ways.
