They could not have made an entire game about Ada's Raccoon escape or the Russian stronghold infiltration, because they are all small pieces of the bigger story that connect it together better.

Actually, they probably could have, but I imagine it would have to be only about as long as the pre-RE4 games.

I not so sure about the voice of Steve hell he evan looks neary like Leon for crying out lord but apart from that the trailer was ok not much in it I hope there another trailer for June 3rd I want to atleast see a little more for of CV evan though it aint my fave in the series but still.

Of course they could have, but it takes a lot to make what would be considered a "main" RE title and 5 was already in development then. I'd imagine that when the idea for the arc came up, they decided for whatever reason to not expand on it that much. Of course the possibility of "hey guys let's come up with a small side-story thing to add to this particular game" is there too.
