Darkside Chronicles will have new stories and levels, just as Umbrella Chronicles did. Whether or not Steve is in them (Wesker revival thing) we don't know.

Krauser and a new and improved CV? I knew I was getting this game the moment it was announced...and now I'm anticipating it even more.

You know, when I saw the first trailer I would have said Leon and Steve looked the same as well. But when comparing their images side by side, there is definitely a different look to their faces. Just compare their images on the main site, there is definitely different face structures with Leon having a longer more defined face while Steve has a rounder more youthful look.

Holy fuck, there is so much to just fangirl over in this video. I am absolutely stunned by how amazing everything looks. It has my heart pounding and everything. The music, the familiarity. Oh, lord!

I love how they appear to be using the original Alexia and Alfred video for the film Claire finds. That is a really nice touch there.

Some of the snippets of cutscenes they showed has me absolutely dying. Seeing Steve push Claire out of the way when Alfred is aiming his rifle at her, seeing Alexia!Alfred at the carousel, seeing the swarms of bats flying. Claire looks absolutely remarkable, and I think I am even getting somewhat used to Steve's new appearance.

That image is amazing, I am dying for a hi-res version. And I am sure that is Krauser. I zoomed in and lightened it and you can see part of his scar above his eyebrow.

I guess that means the possible extra canon Leon thing will have him in it.

I must say the full trailer pushed any "unimpressed" reactions off a cliff. I love the emphasis on "games" with Alfred and Alexia, going full circle from killing dragonflies as a game to preying on human life. It's like they're still children (those drawings, the dolls obviously). I got this impression also with Alexia's utter euphoric glee and quote, something along the lines of "I can feel Veronica surging through me!" Beautiful voice acting.

Plus it's a wise move that they're expanding Krauser, I may find myself enjoying the character.

EDIT: Just watched the trailer. The game looks pretty good. I'm very interested to see Krauser's role in all of this...I'd like to see his voice actor from RE4 return. I thought he did a pretty damn good VA job.

Also, I find the lack of Chris and Wesker in these trailers disturbing -- and yet, I get the feeling that after RE5, they're gonna wait 'til the last minute to reveal them and hype up their confrontations in the game even more. "Look, Chris and Wesker, remember? From RE5?! YEAH!!"

My wife just looked over as I was looking at the artwork and asked, 'Why is Leon there twice?' Given she's seen me defeat all the RE games she does know who Steve is, even if she tries to forget occasionally.

It's looking nice, I must admit. While I'm not exactly cranking my hopes up the designers talk about horror elements and the footage does make me think this will blow Umbrella Chronicles out of the water (Will Capcom try and remake a recap game? Who knows?) I wanna see some more before I start dedicating money to a release buy.

I bet that Capcom will alter the storyline and Chris won't appear at the CV scenario at all.

That trailer makes the old CV look shit I was hope that Chris or Wesker whould apper at the end of the trailer but they did not one thing that got to me was the voice of Alexia she sounded like a 10 year old just like Rebecca did in UC I now it's only Alfred thing he's Alexia but evan in CV he sounded just like her.

The framerate for the game is absolute piss. Worse than even UC which was horrible by itself.
