((Archelon: I've had the same thing happen, that's why the Discovery channel is a good thing in my house)).

I think it was a rather good interview, especially that Douglas has followed up his earlier statements about Waugh and has given props to him and that he has given out a little bit of information... although not much, but I'm hoping it's to do with the RE PSP game or DLC stuff for whatever this prequel is.

I love the opening to the interview.

Good interview and now I know for sure why he sounded horrible in UC. Thought he did a great job in 5 and seems to love the series.

Prequel wise what like i'd to see is a game set before zero where
you see Wesker experimenting with bows trapping his fellow umbrella
workmates and using them as test subjects at the research facility "we all know he's that sick and twisted" then have something go wrong which means he has to escape to the rpd where you then see him organizing the infiltration of raccoon forest "events of re1" whilst at the same time blackmailing cheif iron's and various businesses people around the city that have ties with umbrella.
If he had a brain, he'd be dangerous.

I cannot fucking wait to see the Code: Veronica segment in DSC with Douglas voicing Wesker.

                Yup... me too!

Was a pretty neat interview, and I like the fact that he gave props to all former Wesker VOs.

The prequel thing is what really caught my attention... if it's not DSC then what???? WESKER FTW

Superb interview - he comes across as a humble to the fans great guy.

Darkside chronicles thing is ace- I'm there if you look for me- that screams hidden scenario.

Prequel thing I reckon is a brief glimpse during Claire's CV scenario - and the DSC section is a hidden Chris/Wesker game mode.

Douglas comes across as humble, thankful and greatful all at once. I personally feel he's the one true voice of Wesker after RE5. And I loved Waugh and thought no man on this earth could do better.

                  I was wrong.

Just when you think someone finally gets killed off, the bastard by might not be dead after all. no wonder RE is startin' to become unreal, can't ever just kill someone permanently. at least Konami has the balls to kill off characters.

I absolutely adored this interview. This man is my hero for the "makes me happy in my soul" line alone. ♥ I also love how his normal speaking voice is so close to his Wesker voice, so I can hear so much clearer now how little he has to strain it for him.

And Wesker in DSC hell to the YES.

Nobody has mentioned this here yet, but there is the possibility that Wesker is also included in the South American scenario included in DSC.

Krauser is likely to be in that scenario. And in RE4 there is this little discussion between him and Ada that hints that Krauser and Wesker knew each other for some time.

Krauser: What's the news on our friend Leon?

Ada: He's not making it easy. The sample?

Krauser: Saddler's got it. IT seems he's sniffed out our little game.

                          Ada: Perfect.

Krauser: Just so we understand each other clearly, I don't trust you, nor does
Wesker. If you try to do anything clever I will kill you.

Ada: Is that so? You know, I met Wesker long before you.

Krauser: We'll see soon enough if you did.

                          Ada: Yeah, we'll see.

                          Krauser: Heh.
So maybe we'll get to see & hear more of Wesker (and Douglas) in Darkside other than in the CVX scenario.
Stuff to remember: Avoid forums if you're having a bad day.

Great interview, the guy's got a wonderful personality. I would suppose the prequel has something to do with RE: Portable, but you never know, a half-dozen spin-offs could be released between the 4-8 year projection for RE6.
