Wow...here we go again.

How long has this game been played - who is he/she? And how many times is anyone right?

My guess: It's Barry. (And I can be trusted - I did correctly guess that the masked woman was Jill almost a year before the release of RE5.)

You and nearly everybody else who paid any attention to the game.

But seriously, I'm betting (more like guarantee) it's a brand new character, not Adult/Teen Sherry.

As a south american, I can tell that actually I never saw one people using a clothe like this. Hell, Leon's mission will be on a strange and isolated village again??
My guess: it's Sherry. The girl doesn't looks like Sheva (thanks God ).
And in the high resolution image, I've notice that the right arm of the girl is in bandage, what could mean a wound or even a very-freaking-way experiment (or nothing, depending on the Capcom's mood).

Pretty sure this is a brand new character.
I'm fine with whoever she is, just as long as she doesn't turn out to be like, say, Sergei or Excella.

Well, Sheva was approached by an anonymous government agent around 2002 if I remember correctly.

Of course, the new scenario is set in South America, not Africa, but I figured I'd just toss that out there.

Damn. This game just continues to get more delicious and sexy by the day. Can't say I'm too enthralled by the thought of another 'mystery character'(birdwoman? ) but it definitely opens up some discussion. I'm not sure if she's Sheva, or Sherry, or Barry, or Richard Aiken's dark-skinned sister-in-law...but I know that I need a goddamn Wii now.

I think that confirms that it's either Sherry or Alexia. I'm gonna go with Sherry because of the line:

"What lies in store for these lonely little girls who were pulled into the darkness...?"

We already know what happens to Alexia, Sherry on the other hand...

As much as I'd love this to be Sherry, I still do have plenty of doubt.

When Yasuhiro Seto asks that question in his blog, he's most likely referring to the events we already know of, but new fans of the series may not. Remember, his blog entries are essentially spoiler free, which is silly because "protecting" those who haven't played RE2 and CVX is really preventing him from writing more detailed posts about the characters and themes. It's a shame.

The more I look at this girl, the more I think her hair is actually quite dark, either making her have sandy blonde hair or even brown. Very different from Sherry's bright blonde hair.

Still think her face is similiar to Sherry's, though. Particularly her nose.

It's hard to tell. The render is not of superb quality.

We'll just have to wait and see, I suppose. With Krauser and this female undoubtedly being in the new scenario, I'm very anxious for them to finally showcase some footage of it. Wonder when that will be...

It is probably another throw away character that will only be kinda important for this game. Reminds me of the girl in the red dress, allison and whoever this girl is, it will be a disappointment unless it's sherry.

In 2002, Sherry would have been 16. I think that girl looks older than 16
