The Darkside Chronicles New Character Revealed

What you see here is an unnamed, mystery character that will be appearing in RE: The Darkside Chronicles. I am guessing that she will appear in one of the original scenarios for the game, but as of now, everything about her is unknown. Perhaps we will learn more in the next few months.

IGN has uploaded the screenshots that were distributed at Gamecom for the upcoming Resident Evil games, which includes the mystery lady artwork in smaller size (check the IGN Darkside Chronicles Media for it)

Hmm, I wonder how important this character will be in the new scenario? She definitely looks like she's from some kind of tribe or village, and it doesn't look like she's that well prepared to be battling zombies or anything. Maybe she has powers...or maybe she's just gonna be Leon's jungle love interest

I'd love to say who I think it is...but I'd rather not jynx it. People asked a lot who the president's daughter was or the woman in the test tube for RE4 and RE5....a new female mystery character...gee, Capcom sure loves to play their little games.

Remember when speculation came out that the "mystery man" in Umbrella Chronicles was Spencer or Nicholai...oh Sergei, how you decieved anxious fans that were throwing guesses every which way...

So I'm out. I leave the guess to the rest of you chaps and will just wait till more info comes into play. Cheers.

She has the same ankle bracelet that the Chainsaw Majini drops in RE5. I'd guess Sheva, but its probably just some recycling thats going on

Could just be my own wishful thinking, but I do think this character's face model has a very noticeable resemblance to Sherry's new RE2 model.

This girl looks 100 % south american, I doubt she is Sherry with a tan or young Sheva, she is a new character.

I think "looking" like a "South American" is a very loose statement.

If this character were an actual native of South America, with true ethnic ancestry, her complexion would be much darker. In my opinion, if Capcom were to design a character from South America, they'd certainly design him or her to be very native, which I honestly do not think this character looks like. If she is from South America, she's certainly a result of the colonization period, with Spanish or French heritage.

From the looks of it, there ain't no true South American blood in her. :p

Then again, I'm willing to admit that I'm wearing my rose-colored glasses of Sherry fangirlism, but when thinking completely rationally, I seriously see a resemblance to the RE2 model.

However... I, too, am prepared to be wrong. And disappointed.

Also, I'm brooding over this too much because I'm a loser. Siigh.
