WTF? If DC Douglas said that he would reappear!?!

Well you gotta take all that in context... the article was saying that everything in UC involved Albert Wesker in some way or another while in DSC, "Wesker will not appear" to be the main driving force behind DSC's plotline.

That would be consistent with what Seto has explained in his blog.

@Big Stu: What exactly would be photoshopped in these pics? I've rarely seen screenshots that weren't accurate to the ingame graphics. The only times where that's been the case (from what I've seen) were when the screenshots were horrible and the game was much better in motion.

EDIT: Keep in mind that I've only ever done minor editing details like feathering and what have you in Photoshop, so I'm not particularly familiar with it.

Character models, the cables, etc seem perfectly anti-aliased. In game it's going to look full of jaggies.

Well, I've just very rarely seen screenshots (of a game I was wanting) that weren't accurate to the game itself (again, unless the screenshots themselves were bad and the in-game itself was much better). So I'm not as skeptical as most people, I guess.

The Ganados only had to ask Ramon Salazar to give them some of the juice he used for that laser room Leon went Neo/Solid Snake on and that also fueled Saddler's lab equipment. They had electricity alright.

Leon's not actually wearing a vest. From behind, it looks like a vest, yeah, but in the front it's harness like an H or T-harness. I'm fairly certain what he's wearing doesn't actually exist in real life, like most of the tactical equipment in RE games.

That seemed to change with RE5 for the most part, but even it has its fair share of "custom" gear. I seem to recall an interview where they said what they do is start with stuff that exists in real life and then tweak or modify it in the game so it looks "cooler," regardless of whether or not it might actually be tactically sound.

It looks like those zombies are able to run, that's another element pointing to RE4.5 (the others being : the Kijuju look of the village and Manuela/Allison)

wesker has been confirmed to only be at ONE scene in the whole game.

Perhaps Wesker is kept under wraps so his code veronica appearance will be a nice surprise and I think that is the case. We don't want everything to be spoiled before we play the game eh ;)
