The Nintendo Power magazine website has put up a preview image of The Darkside Chronicles from their coming issue. The preview features the new South American scenario and shows a screen or two from it. The issue will go on sale on the 29th of September. That looks better than most of the 360 games I've played.

I'd say the graphics wouldn't look all that out of place in RE5, matter of fact.

Just be wary that there'll be a lot of photoshopping going on with these, the chances of the game looking this good on our screens are slim and none.

Notice how they have changed Krauser's head in that group art. Before they were using Krauser's model from RE4.

But yeah, intentionally or not, they have ended with a very interesting part

Don't get me wrong; I know that RE5 is far superior to DSC in terms of graphics. That was more of a statement on the similarities between the environments than anything. Sorry for the confusion.

@Big Stu: What exactly would be photoshopped in these pics? I've rarely seen screenshots that weren't accurate to the ingame graphics. The only times where that's been the case (from what I've seen) were when the screenshots were horrible and the game was much better in motion.

EDIT: Keep in mind that I've only ever done minor editing details like feathering and what have you in Photoshop, so I'm not particularly familiar with it.

He only said Wesker would be in a flashback. Didn't confirm a full on role.

At first I thought he had a random psychotic grin, but now I don't even know what's happening there.

Still very much awaiting the release of this game, though.
