Yes, what Patricia neglected to say in the interview was that the 'scenes' she did as Jill were just her speaking into a microphone, saying things like:

What if this "Director's Cut" is actually the Wii version that has been sorta hinted at by both Kawata and some Capcom suit?

At the event, British gaming magazine gamesTM asked Darkside Chronicles producer Masachika Kawata whether or not Resident Evil 5 would ever come to the Wii. He seems to disagree with Takeuchi about the difficulty,replying:

“Hypothetically speaking, the Resident Evil 4 engine would work perfectly for replicating the gameplay but we would never be able to recreate the graphical quality. A gun shooting game like Darkside Chronicles makes much more sense for Wii so, in short, Resident Evil 5 Wii Edition isn’t likely to happen.”

Oh. Bummer. Here's the dramatic plot twist, though:

“Having said that, Cavia has surprised us with the quality of graphics in Darkside Chronicles, so it may actually be possible after all."

Uh...how can you think that? PC is already getting a newer Mercs/Vs. mode thing, and will most likely get new DLC the same time the 360 and PS3 will.

Director's cut? I hope she made a small mistake and that Capcom is making DLC. I don't want to drop another $60USD for the extra content. Whatever it is though, I'm REALLY glad Capcom is adding more life to RE5.

I'd much rather see a Wesker scenario where you play as him and kill Chris McRoids and Sheva and have "Complete. Global. Saturation!" Now, I'd pay $60 more for that, but it will hopefully be DLC, this Jill thing, and I will probably get it anyways...

Well, it makes sense that Jill is getting a bonus in RE5, she is one of the main characters in the series after all. It really wouldn't make much sense for Josh to get his own minigame since Jill is obviously the one with the bigger fanbase. Also keep in mind that she said it is "going to be at least somewhat involving Jill," so I'm sure there will be plenty of other details about it.
