What is the point of making hi-res pictures of games that are really prepared to be rendered in 480p. It just makes them look hideous. Look at those low-res textures, bitmap bushes (second screen), low-poly objects etc. All those things, while unobtrusive in standard resolution, just scream "look at me!" when viewed in hi-res :/.

Meh, typically like UC, once we get into the original areas the graphics take a massive, massive nosedive. Resident Evil 2 sections barely look like they are running on the Wii, the new scenario looks, at times, sub PS2 quality.

Ahem... I've been playing non-HD games for decades. Lot's of them hella better than most HD games from these days. So this is a non-issue for me.

The game looks better in motion. Which is how I plan to play it.
