Glad to see Krauser lives. If he had died, I would've been a bit irked that Leon seemed so betrayed by him in RE4 despite this being their first and only mission together. At least now they will seemingly know each other longer, adding to the whammy of Krauser's betrayal.

So, she lives! That's actually interesting and so not what I was expecting. I wonder if she'll have any ties to any future games? More likely she'll be a one-time character, but if she ends up having a very deep and intriguing history, I wouldn't mind seeing her again.

As I've said before, not overly impressed with this. It's a shame 'cause I was really hyped when I first heard the Alexia trailer where you just heard her voice and very vaguely saw her face. Since then I've disliked it more. Don't like her voice, her attitude, her newly reformed goals/personality or the model for her transformed body. It'll make a good game and I'm glad it's attempting to tie in CVX with the rest of the RE universe (before its always pretty much stood out on its own), but I'm beginning to be of the opinion that I'd rather it have been left alone, as opposed to canon being changed. The RE2 parts still really interest me though and look fantastic.

You probably need to get used to the changes... the franchise has pretty much become available for anybody within Capcom that wants to take a swing at it. No Mikami to biatch over their shoulders over how things should be done (remember that interview where he admitted that he would've done RE5 differently and that's why he wouldn't play it?).

Some fans hate the changes and I keep reading that they will leave RE for good because of the changes. They first said that with RE4. They said that again with RE5. And I'll hear more of that when RE6 comes around (considering that they want it to appeal to a more mainstream crowd).

I have no probs with how Alexia is being portrayed in DSC from what I've seen. Considering what I know about who's behind the project and how things currently are with the franchise. For example, you look at Masachika Kawata's past efforts and you'll notice that he always likes to change things (RE4 for PS2, UC and DSC). You gotta expect changes, really.

I don't think that helicopter scene is the end of that chapter... it just doesn't seem right to include that in this trailer. I still stand by my idea that Manuela will die.
