    This upsets me. I'm all for DLC, but at least give the the option to buy it on a disc.

      The game has sold enough to go Greatest Hits/Platnium on both platforms, so I could easily see them holding off and putting the DLC content on that edition in the US and Europe after the DLC is out. They did it for DMC3 and other titles in the past.

        I want it on disc but I wont be able to resist getting the DLC if it's released first (which I'm sure it will be).

        I'm also worried about the earlier comment from Capcom about, "It's MUCH too big for DLC". 2 or 3gig of downloading is gonna take me days!
        Also, I'd think they will try to make the download as small as they possibly can, so there could be more compressing and or less content than what could have been stuck on a blue-ray.

        Maybe there will be multiple DLC. 1) Chris and Jill's extra scenario, 2) More maps and characters for Mercenaries?

          !!!!

          YES!! As someone who was going to (and is going to if they still release it) get it on a disc, I am really, really happy with this.

            I'm fine with that, as long as they do announce it at some point!!

              This is good news and agree with the DLC route. I also agree with Rombie an see a great hits release having the new content.

                Great news but is it necessary to play the new content with the PS3 wand? or it will be optional?

                  Wand = optional.

                  The DLC (for the ps3 version) won't have the Wand support, most likely.

                    Well this kinda sucks for people who don't have internet at their homes.

                    I hope a standalone disk is made available, or else I'll miss out for a good while.
