Eva Mendes recently refuted rumor of her appearing as Excella Gionne in Resident Evil: Afterlife. In fact, she seems really detest about the rumor, because when asked about that, she responded with a “God, no! No, no, no! Never!”

Milla described him to be a "crazy bad ass" who kicked Alice (Milla's character) at one point in the movie. She also said that there will be a part where Alice, Claire and Chris will take on the super-powered Wesker together, with the fighting moves lifted directly from RE5 as a homage. Apparently, Wesker's set will be so 'sick' that everyone will flip out when we see him.
