Resident Evil: The Darkside Chronicles - Tofu Survivor Trailer

As promised by Matt Dahlgren, Gamespot's "On the Spot" today featured an exclusive trailer showing off the new mode in The Darkside Chronicles which replaces enemies with large blocks of tofu.

With this being shown, I'm not convinced that there are going to be sub scenarios in the game. Because in the interview that Matt Dahlgren 'confirmed' sub scenarios he used the word 'modes' when referring to them, so I think he was just saying there would be stuff like this.

Maybe a survival (not stop zombie attack), or a time trial (clear off all the enemies as fast as you can) mode

Ah! I was thinking the same, exact thing! -But, I still really am hoping for 'true' sub-scenarios.
Or at least, a Wesker scenario for the Code Veronica section, please. ♥

Also.. For those who don't know Tofu, I can't help but wonder what they think when they watch that trailer..
(I love the way they're animated, and the way they break apart.)

It looks like they're actually putting that Havoc physics engine to work, which is more than I can say for what they did with it in RE5.

Yeah, for chunks of tofu, those motherfuckers have really impressive movement. I love the way they move and the squishy sounds they make when you're shooting 'em. Pretty neat.

You'll also notice that when one of the umbrellas was shot, it actually started spinning. A nice little touch.

Damn they didn't add the effect where he becomes a darker shade of red with every shot.

^ That's because they now have the technology to actually shoot off the Tofu bits by bits now

but yah I don't see the reason for showcasing the Tofu mode on this show because the non-RE2 gamers won't have any idea why are they seeing big chunk of white stuffs instead of zombies.

I I likw how every time Tofu got shot he lost parts that was cool and some Tofu's were burnt theyshould changed the zombies eating Tofu to Hunk eating Tofu
