GamerInvestments Reviews Resident Evil: The Darkside Chronicles
This time from Eurogamer. They give it 8/10 http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/re...-review?page=1
- Boss battles are a delight
- Game is only 5-6 hrs long(!)
- Stable framerate with rare drops
- Great CG especially CV scenario
Another review G4TV - 4/5 http://g4tv.com/games/wii/57307/resi...nicles/review/
-RE fans will love the story and collectibles
- Dynamic difficulty accommodates gamers of all skill levels
- Inventory management takes co-op to another level
- Outstanding visual and audio presentation
- Newbies might not appreciate story details(great!)
- Lacks the depth of other RE titles
- Might give you motion sickness
- the best game of its kind ever made(wow really?...)
"The first time you see a Licker in the Raccoon City Police Department, it's exactly as terrifying as the first time you saw it nearly 12 years ago in RE2".

Nice... too bad I live on a shit 3rd world country where game retailers are bunch of idiots only interested on money and don't give a fuck about the gamers.
Darkside Chronicles & L4D2 until next week. Fuck Mexico.

I must say all these early reviews are a lot more positive than I thought they would be. I'm REALLY looking forward to getting this now (I guess it pays to have low expectations sometimes).
The only thing I don't like the sound of is this 'shaky camera' business. I can imagine that pissing me off real quick... I often got frustrated with UC because the camera would move just when I'd lined up a head shot and was squeezing the trigger. DSC sounds like it might be worse in this aspect.
Also, I'm not sure if I want this answered or not (spoiler) but does it or does it not have sub-chapters?
Looking forward to revisiting all these locations and creatures from the games I love, with fancy new graphics, and seeing some new stuff revealed too!
