Rumor: Details On Scenario For Resident Evil 5 Gold Edition

Nothing is confirmed at the moment, and this 'rumor' actually emerged from REVIL, a Resident Evil fan site from Brazil.

According to them, they have several new information regarding the additional scenarios for RE5 Gold Edition. The information covers a brief summary of what's going to happen in the game, so needless to say there are major spoilers. Click below to view them.

LOST IN NIGHTMARES

It seems this scenario will be puzzle based and is split into 4 parts.
1)This part take place in a REmake-like mansion. There's no enemies, but the gamers will have to solve various puzzles to advance.
2)After the mansion, this part take place in a jail/torture chamber area, where the executioner-type enemy that was revealed a couple of days ago, shows up here. You'll have to solve puzzles again, to advance.
3)The characters landed in the sewer, where they lost all their items. A couple of those executioners show up here and it means you're screwed, unless you goes to operate the spiked walls by the cranks
4)Here's where you battle Wesker

DESPERATE ESCAPE

This scenario depict Jill and Josh's trying to escape in RE5 and is more action based.
1)You'll be attacked by various enemies, especially those Plaga-headed troops. This take place in the refinery area.
2)Pretty similar to the first, but you'll face with those launcher-troops. Here's where Jill contacts Chris about Wesker's weakness in the main game. Both of them took off in a chopper to where Sheva/Chris are.
3)Apparently you'll have to survive in an extreme battle or sort for several minutes.

They have stated that both will take up about 1:30 to 2 hours to complete each. Sheva's executive costume will be included as well as a Chris Mad Max costume which haven't been revealed yet. The source of their news is a document send by Capcom to the official importers.

Sounds good, and about legit too(considering most of the stuff is revealed anyways, I mean, that there are puzzles, etc, and no enemies was basically there as well, many of us had speculated it from the lack of enemies in trailers).

Unless of course, this is all wrong and things turn out opposite.

But so far, it sounds ok.

I'm hoping, and PRAYING, that the 'extended battle' in Jill and Josh's scenario is against a Tyrant, thinking back to the pre-production art of a Tyrant like monster.

These scenarios are what everyone had be asked for and for capcom to give us what we want it cool. It almost sounds to good to be true and wouldn't be surprised if this was made up and/or specualtion.

It can EASILY be made up. I mean, the new AxeMan has already been revealed. One can somewhat guess there would be no enemies based on the "lack of enemies" in the trailer, and so on.

This shouldn't be taken anything more than a rumor, as it is. Until confirmations anyways.

Considering how REvil's had some pretty sweet exclusives (such as their voice actor interviews for their podcast), I doubt they've got anything to benefit from making up nitpicky marketing like details (ie. they haven't really got a reason to be fooling around with stuff that isn't likely to be true/correct)
