Are we all forgetting how bad Dino Crisis 3 was on the xbox ?? ughh space dinos please.

Hmm I'd like to think it was something RE related but RE5 was in production for a long time, there is no way they would have the next ready already. The idea of them giving it to someone else is a worry to, as the Silent Hill's now are horrible since Konami arnt controlling them for example. Anyway these are just my thougts on the issue. RE2 remake would be anyones wetdream, hell even if it was only Gamecube remake style.

I have a feeling they will announce a RE spinoff that isn't made by Capcom of Japan. The RE5 director isn't very keen on making another RE game afterall, due to the pressure of having to continue Mikami's legacy.

A spin-off wouldn't hurt.
They could add something to the series plot as a whole, try a new gameplay style ... If doesn't work, would be just a shit spin-off.

Most of what they show in E3 is far from "ready", remember the RE5 teaser shown months after RE4's release? It's not impossible...
