No, Nintendo effectively pulled a Nintendo (circa 2001). Who knows? Maybe PSP will get a version of this game as the PS2 got RE4.

That was Shinji Mikami's absolute hatred for the PS2 that motivated him to move RE to the GameCube. Nintendo was glad to have him.

A port of the 3DS game for the PSP? Why not.

But Capcom better not pull a "2005" on us. Remember that crap? When they announced a port of RE4 a couple of days BEFORE they released said game on the Cube?. That stunt hurt RE4 sales on the cube.

That's probably just you. Since a few screens cannot possibly provide enough info on that very issue.

Now if this was a fighting game or some wacky mini-game, you would have a point. But this does not seem to be the case here... the screens actually point out that this game might take place within a particular timeline from the main series.

You guys can discuss whoever you want, but whenever a new type of media comes out involving Jill, the discussion about anything from the shape of her nose to the size of her breasts can go on for pages and pages. It gets annoying and that's not really the main issue here. The big story here is that a new game was just announced, and that's what the topic is about -- not how ugly or poorly-shaded Jill's face is.

Bottom line: talk about it all you want, just don't expect people to be happy about having to read the same stuff...again.

I think the reason is that the guy in charge of Jill's character model is the one to blame here.

It has happened before. Like when they changed Rebecca's look in RE Zero. In RE0 she looks a bit Asian (her nose at least).

Yes Rebecca in FMV looks like if she was asian, but in-game she looks totally different. We'll have to wait for more screenshots. I mean, Chris seems to be like the model from RE5, but Jill has thinner nose and older face!

And lol at PC not having amazing graphics. If you have a good setup, you'll definitely notice. And really... anything with real processing power is going to have better graphics than a DS.
