    Not exactly. While PSP doesn't support bump-mapping and programmable shaders, 3DS does and that makes big difference graphic-wise. Just compare Big Boss from Peace Walker and MGS 3D:

        The 3D feature on any 3DS can be turned off, which means that really, this game could be released on PSP aswell.

        I see, I see, well then, the graphics are alot better on 3DS, but it doesn't mean that it's not possible for a PSP version to spawn.

          Japanese tech company Digital Media Professionals will be providing the graphics chip for Nintendo's new handheld.
