There's no "Capcom" logo or name in the game's description, only "Sony Pictures", therefore I think they are guilty of this game.

Yeah, this boat of failure can't be docked with Capcom. This is pure Sony. I must admit, I'm not sure why Capcom allowed it...well, no, I do. They were paid a big load of cash. It's just hard to see this game ever making it past planning.

When I started the game, the title screen would appear and it would be all wrong. The "Play" screen wouldn't even show up. I started up the game , but all I saw was the picture of the first stage and some music in the backround ... Nothing else happened, the game doesn't work on my iPhone 3G.

I mentioned before - the game is buggy as the glitches have been reported but I'm honestly not going to expect them to fix it which is a shame if you had wanted to check it out for yourself.
