Good news. Just hope they wont end up with another chick of the week thing going. (Okay, so Leon as a sort of James Bond-ish guy that saves the day and rejects the girl is a kinda neat formula.)

Hopefully the translation and lip sync work over here will be much, much better. Looking forward to seeing it anyhow. The more Resident Evil the better!

Lip sync in Degeneration was done "spot on" for the Japanese audio track - strangely enough (Since everyone knows Capcom loves their English). Guess you might have to blame Sony Pictures' involvement for that one. Would be neat if they'd either do a double render or just try to write the dialog better for both "main" languages.

This is great news. Hopefully Leon being the lead means someone else gets to star in RE6... possibly someone that hasn't been in the games for a while like Claire.
Jill and Chris already have Revelations, Leon in Damnation... that leaves Claire for 6.

Yay! I was hoping we'd get a sequel. I'm a little put off with Leon as the main character again but as people pointed out it doesn't necessarily mean other characters won't make an appearance. (Rebecca and Barry being obvious welcome choices!) looking forward to hearing more on this.

Oh joy. XD As much as I want to pass on this, much like Degeneration, I have to watch just to see how bad it really can get. Especially with the Leonator once again in the lead.

OH HELL YEAH!!!

I've always hoped that Capcom would plan a sequel for Degeneration. Having Leon S. Kennedy as the lead doesn't bother that much, but I am sure hoping that Capcom will keep their promise of having Rebecca Chambers make an appearance, just as one of the people behind the making of Degeneration had stated in a behind the scenes feature of Degeneration.

I sure as hell am getting the the DVD of Resident Evil: Damnation, once it gets released that is. As for it's currently annouced release date? ... Not my problem, for I am a patient man.

I swear if he is the star of this movie AND the next game, I'm done with buying the series. I'll watch the rest of the games that are made, from videos on youtube.

Personally I'd rather have had a Rebecca and Barry film to show us what the hell those two are up to.

I just really REALLY hope a game comes out before this does, or else I'll just be running around like a headless chicken waiting for a game to buy that will satisfy my horror/action/zombie needs.
