Capcom need to pay attention to the market, Beyond Good & Evil just shifted at 800pts, Case Zero went for 400 points (admittedly the next one was a bit more pricey).

I don't know about RE4, it doesn't look all that much better than it does on the Wii. Code Veronica on the other hand looks great! The Famitsu scans show the new lighting engine and it really is better.

The only thing I am worried about is what if they replace Chris, Wesker, and Stteve's voices with the new one from Darkside Chronicles/RE5.... I want the classic voices.

I'm gonna be optimistic and say that any comparison screen shots they are showing now, are just being done to 'dramatically' illustrate the difference between the old and new.
I doubt that the project is near completion yet, so any final screens are not available.

When the games are up and running, I presume they will still have options to improve and add stuff like lighting, shadows, motion blur and effects etc...
Hopefully they take the time to get them looking as nice as possible.

Although, I'm now a little worried about having them as download titles. I'll be buying a disc version wherever it's available but it will no doubt be the same content.
The old PS2 version is a full dvd. If the new version is 'enhanced', wouldn't that be even more data? That would make for a huge download, unless they compress a whole bunch of stuff... which might not be a good thing.
