    As much as I would love to see Alexia be used, Anderson has already thrashed and ruined the Ashfords.

    I see the Resident Evil movies as okay, but then again, I pretty much only take them at face value and don't much try to link them to the games anymore. I think it is time to stop though; five movies of basically the same thing...The formula is bound to tire with the public soon.

      I do like the movies, who are you to deny me what I like?

      Also, way to endorse piracy on THIA.

              True, but I've never really lumped Resident Evil in with those type of horror movies. The cult favorites like Friday the 13th, A Nightmare on Elm Street, Halloween, et cetera, are definitely the ones that push the envelope too far. How many times can we see Jason resurrected in some way and kill off all the counselers?

              To me, Resident Evil is more action than horror. The first one has some minor boo-ahh moments, but as a whole the series is rooted in action.

              @Smiley
              I think the Final Destinations is a good parallel; that is another series that feels a bit more rooted in action rather than horror. And it is also another series that just needs to stop.

                      Awesome! Another entertaining night in the cinema for me and Gareth with some popcorn and sweets. Had a right old laugh watching Afterlife.

                      Will be another night of fun, shits and giggles, and:

                      Spoiler:

                      I honestly can't take anything RE or DmC seriously anymore, I just want to watch Capcom burn after the decent DmC news.

                          The RE films are one of those guilty pleasures where I take great pleasure in being super trolled.

                            you can do what ever you want.no one is stopping you.plus he's giving a suggestion not telling you what to do so get your panties out of a knott.

                            But as for me i will never watch these abominations that they soil the Resident Evil name on.After seeing the first 2 and seeing some of 3.Never again.hell no.

                            I'll wait for Damination which is being released next year.

                              I'll probably go to see this. The last one was entertaining enough and I've seen all the movies so far, why not keep it going?

                              And there's always a chance that the movie will be at least decent like the first one was.
