  • RE4 Wii Trailer, RE:CV Demo, EDGE Art Book

After checking various sites it seems I missed a "new" trailer for Resident Evil 4 Wii which was posted on most big news sites on April 16th. Rather than just paste that link here, I actually got ahold of a "high quality" version from Capcom. Its resolution is 720x530. As usual you will need the x264 codec installed (FFDShow recommended), which can be downloaded here.

I've recently acquired a "shop" demo of Resident Evil Code: Veronica for the Dreamcast from Japan. While initial hopes were that it was a playable demo, it turns out its actually a rolling demo. Infact it deceptively has a "Press Start" title screen after the first demo rolls by which made me have high hopes, though no actual user input affects the game in any way. After successfully ripping the disc, I confirmed that all thats on it is the rolling demo. It will be getting a release in the future but for now here is a shot of the disc:

In other news; Edge, a gaming magazine in Europe has released an art book which contains some high resolution artwork of Resident Evil 4. Randomwab was able to get ahold of it and was able to send in some photographs of it. View them below.

Thanks to Randomwab for the shots!

Its not hard to be a member of the press Nintendo and Capcom, among a handful of others, recognize my site as being part of the press.
