Resident Evil 5 Movie Casts Reveal

Milla Jovovich have tweeted a bunch of names that will be in the next Resident Evil movies.

Sienna Guillory as Jill Valentine
Oded Fehr as Carlos Olivera
Michelle Rodriguez as Rain Ocampo
Shawn Roberts as Albert Wesker
Boris Kodjoe as Luther West
Johann Urb as Leon S Kennedy

Kevin Duran has been confirmed as well. I don't think any confirmation has been made but it seems he is rumored to be playing the role of Barry Burton.

Chris, K-Mart and Claire won't be appearing in the film, as the current film story suggests that they has been captured by Umbrella.

Good for Sienna, and the new Leon actor thus far doesn't seem like a total departure.

Odd though that we're losing three characters, but gaining a batch of returning actors that already died in the movies. Either this film has a lot of flashbacks or..... clones?

Why would Claire, Chris and K-mart be captured by Umbrella? Last film made it clear that Jill ordered Umbrella troops to take no prisoners and shoot to kill. Alice and the Redfields were primary targets.

Are we already dealing with plot holes before the film is even out?

the sad part is even if they should one day kill alice off it wont even be enough to save the movies

I like how half of the cast is supposed to be dead. I doubt they're all in flashbacks otherwise there wouldn't be many new entries or even characters at all lol.
And well, the movie is already ruined considering Jill is supposed to have a central role and Chris won't be in this at all. That was the whole point of RE5.
