I don't see how, it's probably about Terragrigia.

Given one of the photos, it looks like we're getting a summary of Terragrigia already. But, given that one of the people shown in the helicopter looks like Parker (the other has some details that remind me of Vester, of all people), it could just be Parker's explanation or recollection of the attack, while Jessica doesn't get a chance to explain her thoughts on the matter in-game, given that her and Chris go missing.
Revelations has a plot with twists everywhere. Way to go, Capcom, you successfully pulled off a mind-screw plotline.

Parker and Jessica formerly belonged to the same organization as Vester before joining (or transferring to) the BSAA following the Terragrigia Panic.

I'm very much looking forward to Jessica's Report. I wonder what their original organization was. If they transferred to the BSAA, it sounds like it may be similar in nature to the BSAA itself.

Yeah, that would be interesting. And, since it's coming out along with the game, instead of the whole mess with Wesker's Report, it'll avoid contradictions.

Given the circumstances, that does follow. But, if that organization they were in is still around, evidenced by how Vester is still in it, then why'd Jessica and Parker transfer/join the BSAA?

Also, if they were a part of the organization Vester is in, that leads to the question of why Vester tried kidnapping Jill and shot at Parker and her (if the E3 demo and trailer still stand as being canon in the game). Seems stupid to do so when one of his old colleagues is one of the people there. Then they lower their weapons when they realize he's the one in the room later in (Gamer's Day trailer, 1:36). Vester is starting to remind me of Waka from Okami. At first, Waka is confrontational and directly antagonizes the protagonists, then he turns out to be an ally who likes withholding information.

Also, in the Gamer's Day trailer, Jessica at 1:16 is holding a smoking gun. Just want to point that out.

I think after Terragrigia incident Parker and Jessica joined BSAA, but Vester joined different organization (maybe even "THE" organization).

Vester doesn't shoot at Parker and Jill at all. He takes Jill hostage, not knowing who they are at first. Then he realizes who Parker is and lets Jill go after realizing they're from the BSAA. He remains passive to them throughout, just doesn't actively seem to help them because he has his own objective.

Parker and Jessica likely joined the BSAA because it's specifically an anti-bioterrorism organization. Their former organization (and Vester's) doesn't appear to be one, although we don't know anything about it yet.

I wasn't sure if it was old news or not, but we hadn't covered it here.
And I certainly hadn't seen the limited edition package covered anywhere.
And I really wanted to test out my new news-posting abilities

Well, for those who are in the US, it's being released on February 7th. Anyone else here who's going to have problems resisting looking up spoilers of the game?

Dude, by all means continue to post news. That's what the forum needed. News updates. And having users discussing them. Its what keeps the place jumpin'

So keep on practicing your posting abilities! Anything to make the place look alive.

Anyway, I'm not that into reports and files. But I'll gladly take a pick at what Jessica has to offer us....ahem.
