There is a 3 part videos on IGN with Tsukasa Takenaka of Capcom, who gives a behind-the-scene talk about Resident Evil Revelations. Here are the interesting new bits from the videos.
- The game is mainly set on a cruise ship because they wanted to have a confined setting with no way to escape
- The scenario was written by external writer Dai Sato, who have worked on some well-known animation series and is a fan of the game series.
- One of Dai Sato staffs provided a lot of pictures and documents of the ships to Capcom for RE Revelations
- In RE5, it was stated that BSAA was founded by the "Original Eleven", which includes Chris and Jill. The producer reveals that Clive O Brian is also part of the Original Eleven.
- The development team has worked on various RE titles before. The game director, Mr Nakanishi is new though.
