Reggie just showed the new Wiimote Zapper, which will work with Umbrella Chronicles out of the box. Looks very much like the TMP from Resident Evil 4 in design. They showed some new footage of RE Umbrella Chronicles and some people using the Zapper. It will come bundled with un-announced "software" form Nintendo and retail for $19.99.
The press will get to play with Umbrella Chronicles and the Zapper at E3 after the conference. One possible issue for RE4 compatibility is the Zapper uses the trigger as its shoot button, while RE4 uses the A button. Hopefully we can switch those around in an update without messing with other controls.
In other news, new scenes were shown from Resident Evil 5 at the Sony conference. One of the things I could make out was a villager put Chris in a grapling type move, twisting his arm behind his back.
