Resident evil Book (What do you guys think?)

I've been thinking of actually requiring the rights from Capcom to make this story but I would like people's thoughts first?

The names are only template (accept Leon who is a character from the resident evil series)

Vol.1
A T- virus outbreak in the county side, advice from Leon kennedy (Voice dialogue only) allows John and Andrea to escape the horror.John and Andrea are seperated at the end John has to make a choice go back to Andrea or join the fight against the terrorists who have this viruses.

Vol.2
Leon requests John to the U.S Government, as he is employed by them, his first mission is to handle a possible outbreak in a Harvard Vill shopping centre, to John surprise he finds that Andrea works in a pharmacy in this shopping centre, the two must again out wit the T-Virus together, Andrea becomes infected and the hope of both of them escaping starts look grim until, John finally meets his hero Leon S Kennedy, but Leon finds out that his job getting them both out, is going to be harder than he expected.

I want to add to new characters to the mix while also giving some cool appearances to some classic ones like Leon, him turning up in the mall to resue two people his never met but who has been in contact with for several months.

You need to chill out. If you want to write fanfic, then you should probably put your ideas in off topic and not in the RE main discussion. I honestly think the ideas sound like they weren't thought out at all and are campy fanfic plots. And grammatically speaking, the last part of your statement calling Prime Blue a loser should be "You're a loser" not "Your a loser".

Bear in mind, my favored children, that I am an angry and abusive excuse for a human being and will take every and all opportunity to beat you. Not my actual kids, of course. I like them. You lot I see as something between a mobile cash machine and punching bag.

As for the stories...those are an extremely rough outline, and I can think of several books with a similar plot. You're going to need far more detail if you want to get someone interested.

Secondly, Capcom aren't gonna let you publish these and you'll like as not be able to get permission to do it...unless you have a metric fuckton of cash available to buy the rights or get signed by the publisher that does own them. If you want to make it into something that will sell then simply change the names and characters from RE and skip some of the bio weapons, replacing them with your own. The RE series and it's evil corporation are not exactly the very definition of originality, so you can likely cut it very close.

From the very sketchy outlines provided, I think they sound pretty bland.
I can't see anything that would make them unique or stand out.

I assume this is just a basic outline for you story right? You should keep on trying to improve your story, maybe change a few things around. And add some more details and plot points and add tot he story arc.

But if you make your characters and the dialogue and there interactions very interesting you could make this quite good. Though this probably isn't the most original thing ever.

But at least you tried, keep trying and eventually you will come up with something spectacular.
