What is the condition of Resident Evil: Survivor?

Like New = Little too no scratches. Not quite mint condition, but is good considering age.
Average = Considerable wear/tear, but overall still functional.
Poor = Hardly worth selling; not really functionable. Case is heavily damaged.

It is the only Resident Evil that I have yet to play that I actually would want to play.

Also, what would the asking price be? I'm interested in it, but not too interested because I don't even know if I could tolerate the PSX graphics. I have gotten quite spoiled with modern graphics and even have trouble with PS2 games. Yes, I know this is sad!
