^^^^ You don't have to be from Spain to know that Manolo "El Bombo" is famous all over the world. If you're familiar with the World Cup, you probably know about Manolo.
He's famous.

Wow my dad is so gutted he had money on Argentina to win he won't say how much but it musta been a decent sum cause he's been really down since yesterday . . .
I really don't want Uruguay to win. I hate the team. The first match I saw them play in, I was gobsmacked at how much they were cheating. One guy just touched the leg of a Uruguay player, and he did a somersault, leaping into the air then grabbing his leg in pain. Since that match, I've hated them and wanted them to lose badly. Then, I became absolutely enfuriated with them after a 100% certain goal was about to go in, and one of their players decides he's suddenly become a goalie and whacks it out of the way with both of his hands, and instead of getting the goal (which they should have done), Ghana gets given a penalty which reduces the chance to 60/70% instead of the 100% of the goal which would have gone in. Then, they manage to win in a penalty shootout. They're such a bunch of bloody cheats and I want them out.
They shouldn't have been given the goal, since it's not in the rules.
The fact is, it was nothing but pure instinct what Suares did. The ball flies by people all the time all over the pitch and people stick their hands out. It's just unfortunate for Ghana that it came as late as it did and where it did.
Truth be told i'd be proud of an England player if they had enough heart to put their country ahead of their own disciplinary record.
It could always be argued that Ghana should never have had the free-kick that led to the melee anyway.
Not to mention Uruguay have been far, FAR from the worst actors of the World Cup.
And again versus Germany, the last Eurocup FINAL. I'm sure we'll play better with the Germans, different style, not catenaccio as Paraguay, Suiza or Chile, better for us.

We didn´t cheat at all, it was pure instinct, and the team is sufering the concequences: Suares woun´t be able to play against Holand, so what more do u want from them?! he didn´t plan it, he just reacted, and he got what he deserved for that

Well for a start, not to keep falling over anytime someone so much as touches a player. Another thing, when a goal is going in, don't put both hands up and hit the ball away from the goal. He no way got what he deserved for it, it was a certain goal, and all Ghana were given was a penalty and he got a red card. For a start, they should have been given the goal and he should have got more than a red card.
I think it's hilarious that someone can say a footballer using both hands to hit a ball away from the goal is "not cheating at all". I feel sorry for all the African children who will now all think that blatant cheating leads to victory, after that performance.

Call it whatever u want, but he didn't do it on purpose, he just reacted, and he did get what he deserved, he woun't be able to play, and that is the bigest thing u can do to a player, did u know? I'm just saying, because it seems u think in football a player can be killed or something for making a fault. And againe, do u even know the rules of football??! the referee can't say: "that ball was going to be a goal, so lets count it as a goal" if the ball isn't IN, then it ISN'T a goal.
But ok, I get what u mean, it isn't something we should be proud of, but get this: in Uruguay football is more than a sport, it is EVERYTHING, so we play with our hearts and they give the best they can, we aren't some Maradona type, we asume what we did
I think African children will probably consider practicing penalty kicks to be the first order of the day. The whole cheating part? Meh... They probably expect that from foreigners.
I think Spain is going to win this cup. Either them or Germany... Holland, they were lucky they figurd out Brazil in the second half. But their game doesn't seem very solid to me. Uruguay has like two key players with injuries. So I'm not sure they will make it to finals.
